Do refund points lose your attributes? - Guild Wars Forums

Im sorry if this has already been asked, and yes, i did search before posting but no one answered my question specifically.

When we use refund points, do we get as many attributes points back as we put in? If not, then doesnt using them constantly make your character weaker?

Yes, you get as many attribute points back as you invested.
